Host families

Many times, host families are not a married couple with children. Yet, they are always open to learning about new cultures and talking with students about their own culture. In general, the members of the host family are retired, although some of them are professionals. Some of them have pets, others don't. Ninety per cent of host families are at 20 minutes walking distance. The subway connects us with the other 10%.

Host families may vary in the number of available rooms, with or without private bathroom, breakfast and/or dinner included, pets or no pets. If you have special requirements, please let us know.

If you want to stay with a host family, please contact us for more details.

Every week, we offer different activities to learn about Argentine culture, practice Spanish and enjoy the stay in Buenos Aires. These activities are optional, some of them are free and others are low-cost.

Buenos Aires cultural life is never ending, with its numerous museums, art galleries and theaters. Its broad offer goes from the Fine Arts Museum to an open air concert. The Colon Theater, newly remodeled, is worldwide known for its privileged acoustic. And you can also learn tango very near the school.

Optional activities are listed on our calendar. If interested, please ask.
