Walking Tour

This activity is planned weekly for our regular students and carried out by professionals in the area. It is a 2 to 3-hour walk in group visiting different tourist spots but from a different perspective and practicing the Spanish you have learned in class. Note: if you are not studying Spanish with us at present but would like to be included in our tour, please contact us and we will be sending you our detailed schedules for the tour with the different levels of Spanish for each walking tour.

We have put together some additional activities you might want to join in during your stay in Buenos Aires:

Argentine cooking lessons You will learn how to cook: Empanadas, Locro, Alfajores de dulce de leche, etc.

Note: all ingredients, printed recipes and the lunch after the cooking lesson + wine are included in the fee.

Guided bike tours

Four different guided bike tours to choose from: Buenos Aires & Palermo: its lakes and parks; Aristocratic Buenos Aires; Buenos Aires to the South; Buenos Aires to the North.

Buenos Aires cultural life is never ending, with its numerous museums, art galleries and theaters. Its broad offer goes from the Fine Arts Museum to an open air concert. The Colon Theater, newly remodeled, is worldwide known for its privileged acoustic. And tango, very near the school.

Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes: Avenida del Libertador 1473. Open from Tuesday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Entrance fee: Free. Self-guided tour in English or in Spanish: ARS 35. www.mnba.org.ar

Museo Nacional de Arte Decorativo: Avenida del Libertador 1902. Open from Tuesday to Friday from 1pm to 7 pm. Entrance fee: 5 ARS. Special Guided Tour in English: Wednesday to Saturday 2.30 p.m. www.mnad.org

Museo Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA): Avenida Figueroa Alcorta 3415. Open Thursday to Monday from 12 pm to 8 pm. Wednesday open until 9 pm. Tuesday closed. Entrance fee: 20 ARS. www.malba.org.ar

Museo Evita: Lafinur 2988, Palermo. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. Entrance fee: 15 ARS. Guided Tours in different languages. www.museoevita.org
